As a person that cooks allot on my facebook I am known for my creativity of cooking I have twitted a few of my plate of food on my twitter @sollatina. One of the sauces I love to make is a sauce I mince garlic and then I add mayo and some lime and a touch of ketchup. I just dread pealing garlic and mashing takes up so much time and then to clean that big round pilon us Latinos uses to mash garlic is also a headache also takes a lot of space in your cupboard. This challenge to review this product I was up for it because I cook with garlic on a daily basis sometimes I skip using garlic just so I wont peal and mash.To my surprise the the garlic press was a little heavy not like a weight lifter so don't get scared but not no light feather like those plastic garlic mincer you see out there in stores. It is sturdy really easy to use the grip is a good handle and the spot to put the garlic is really wide enough to put a good size garlic.Great thing I love I don't have to peel so if you don't want to stick your hand in there to take out that peel that comes shocking like a piece of paper than you can peal and put it in there me I love that I don't have to go thru all of that.Can't wait to purchase some ginger and try the ginger but I tell you I love this kitchen tool and you know by my reviews I'm honest I would tell you the the truth I don't sugar coat nothing.
